Awards: Presently funded by the CIHR and the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada; recipient of multiple awards from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto including the Lois and K.J.R. Wightman Award and the George Brown Memorial Award for Research Accomplishment; other awards include the Canadian Scholarship Trust Foundation Peter Wright Award and the American Academy of Neurology Summer Research Award.
